Excellent

I ordered a penknife online and within half an hour got a call apologising to say that that the product that I had ordered was out of stock so instead they offered me a superior penknife for no extra cost or a refund. I took the penknife. It arrived quickly and was excellent quality product

Really helpful organisation

Really helpful organisation. Informative website, prompt service and excellent products at a good price. I needed to talk to someone for advice and called them. He couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant.

Excellent service and prompt delivery of supplies that actually work...
I took anti-mosquito equipment and sprays into an area of extreme mosquito activity and got through 10 days without suffering a single bite!

Quality customer service and prompt delivery

Before ordering, I called SafariQuip with a question and they contacted the supplier to ensure the answer they gave me was 100% correct; my call was returned on the same day.
I received my entire order in the morning of the second working day after my order was placed.

All of the items were of excellent quality and well packaged.
The special instructions I left for the delivery were on the deliver slip.

I am a VERY demanding customer and SafariQuip made me happy.
