Dislike programming instructions took call to Hornsby to get number pad programmed. Still haves been able to program biometric fingerprint reader. Very poor instructions and method.

Great door and better service
I’m really happy with this door and the purchase. The door shipped and arrived very quickly and when I installed, there was a small issue which I called the store. Robert called me back immediately and worked through the problem. We didn’t resolve that night, but he drove out to the manufacturer the next day and we resolved it with the manufacturer and him and me. I had to take the door inside panel off so when I went to put it back on, I decided to use 1 inch of plywood versus the 5/8 inch drywall. I know the fireproofing maybe altered slightly but I’d say it’s fairly close. I really like the door. They even sent me a little “extra” package for my trouble.
