Stop making up courses and convincing main contractors that their sub contractors have to have them. It's a money making scam and us sub contractors are sick of having to pay for it.

Anyone can obtain this accreditation, but the process itself is frustrating and poorly defined. You can provide all the evidence requested for each question, only to be contacted later and asked for additional evidence that was never specified in the original requirements. This lack of clarity leads to unnecessary delays and wasted time. From a company perspective, this scheme — along with CHAS — offers little real value.

It took AA 10 days to deliver my vehicle to the mechanic for repair, l would have paid a breakdown cover rather than using AA. I am disappointed at this service.

Our experience has been great. The process is clear, the website information is easy to follow, and the customer service has been excellent. We have no complaints at all. They also provide valuable support to companies that need assistance with their accreditations, which has been a real benefit.

With this being my first experience of applying for the accreditation (company previously held the certificate) the process was straight forward and any issues encountered, the support via mail/phone was more than welcome and professional.

David was very helpful, would highly recommend. I have used both construction online and safe contractor and Safe contractor has been by far the easier one to use.

Good communication. Auditors were easily available either by telephone or e-mail.

Great service from the team. They offer good , constructive advice and have enabled us to gain additional work as a result of the Safe Contractor accreditation.

The pre audit could have done with someone with more experience doing it but she will learn, she asked us for some things that were not applicable to a company of our size. The Audit itself was fine
