Domestic CO monitor with display - UBC01D. Safelincs has a good range of CO detectors which is easy to navigate on their website and with clear details. The device was delivered in good time (ordered 11 Jan, delivered 16 Jan) and was well packed, with good batteries, fixing screws and a detailed manual with full installation guidelines and a helpful drilling template.

Reliable firm from which I've bought smoke alarms on several occasions. When contacted over the phone they've always been very helpful, and the return of a detector under warranty was handled very efficiently.

Safelincs is clearly a wonderful very professional company, I rate them 5 stars, brilliant in products, communication. I felt really safe and cherished in their hands. However, EVRI is the delivery company, and while they delivered, their communication was suboptimal, and I waited for days after they said the product was out for delivery. I don't mind the delay, I do mind the lack of communication. Hence my review rates Safelincs as 5 stars, EVRI as 3 stars, hence my overall rating

Replacement smoke alarms arrived 2 days after ordering . New alarms fitted easily to the old base-plates. Job done in less than 30 minutes. excellent service.

Purchased a Heat Alarm as a direct replacement for one i already had, received it very quickly. Questioned myself after i bought the right one so rang them to check it would do the job, person on the phone assured me it was a direct replacement very helpful went round to the property and it fitted fitted like a glove2 seconds it was replaced good for another 10 years , job done, tenant happy.
