App didn’t work.
Despite saying they will offer a full refund if cancelled within 15 days, they have refused to honour this.
Furious!

Use ℝ𝕖~~𝕧𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕚~~𝕩𝕚𝕦𝕞 instead of this app, it's the best for remote monitoring.

ℝ𝕖~~𝕧𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕚~~𝕩𝕚𝕦𝕞 helps keeps an eye on my kids after disappointment from this app.

ℝ𝕖~~𝕧𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕚~~𝕩𝕚𝕦𝕞 did a great monitoring job for me rather than this app.

Not a reliable app, I used it for my kids and doesn’t work as advertised, ℝ𝕖~~𝕧𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕚~~𝕩𝕚𝕦𝕞 works better 100%.

As the rest of the reviews say, it’s a total scam. Doesn’t work. No refunds so I need to go through my bank to do a charge back.

I wish I could give negative stars. I never even used this product, but they refused to issue me a refund when I told them I was unable to use their product. Abysmal customer service.

Reveal~ixium does this kids phone monitoring perfectly, i have used both and i can confidently say this app is bullshits.

This app didn’t work at all, yet I was still charged. I contacted their support team for a refund, but never received a response. I ultimately found what I needed through ( Revealxium ) instead.

Scam. It’s says “try now” like the demo version, but when you make an profile it actually immediately asks for money, sending you on the same stupid page every time you click on “try now” and also without the possibility to delete your profile meanings they are really after your information as well. Same pathetic losers like forex dipshits and so on.. sad how low people can get for peace of paper 😂

"Buyer Beware" When I initially signed up for this site, based on what I read, I was under the impression that I could utilize this service without having access to my child's phone. It wasn't until I paid the required monthly fee of approximately 40 dollars, that I found out that I could not use it as expected. Within 5 minutes of having the service, I contacted the help department, via email, and explained my dilemma, and politely asked them to cancel my service and for then to process me a refund. It tool nearly 24 hours before thet responded to me and completely ignored my requests. I then repeated my requests in my next email. During my wait, I took the time to figure out how to cancel the automatic withdraw and waited on their response. The second email told me that they had canceled my subscription but, again, did not address my refund request. My third email was less polite and I emphasized needing a refund. The following day they emailed me and basically told me that according to their policy that they would not give me a refund based on my issue. If you read this review, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company. With how they treated me, if you happen to have any issues with them, they will treat you the same way.

Does not work as advertised with iOS. None of the features you actually need work. Trying to get refund now.

This company deserves 0 stars. Have an iPhone and tried everything to get it working. Support kept sending ideas and then they finally told me that iPhones don’t really work well with this product. Then they said they will not refund me my money after their product wouldn’t work. Terrible company and the website is nothing but lies and clickbait. Stay as far away as possible!!!

After spending weeks with support telling me to wait 24 hours and try again, they told me Apple is unreliable then refused to refund my money. The software never worked. I wanted it to. I exchanged countless emails. Lost many hours of time, and not only did they not fix it, they refused to make things right. Absolutely disgraceful.

Safemykid.com Very poor product I would not purchase total waste of money. Update safemykid also promise to refund my money it's been will over a month and I am still Waiting how can any one Trust what Safemykid say ? I am a computer Tech I could not get this program running.

Also you have made it quite difficult to disable auto renew in both cases binding the phone did not work and when I type the 4 digit code to disable auto renew did not work it seems nothing works on sàfemykids now I am going to cancel my debit card so you don't auto bill me. I have tried to bind phone since 26/2/2025 it is now 11/03/2025 that's 2 weeks. You don't guarantee your product with a money back guarantee that's poor. In New Zealand we have a consumers law whereas the product must do what it's description is also we have a money back guarantee. Safemykid.com don't seem to care that after 2 weeks neither would the code to disable auto renew and to bind phones just did not work all the time spent plus money. Be warn don't buy safemykid.com you will regret it.
