Its very bad site. I bought 2bacco 2 pice since 4/11/2017 till today 24/01/2018 did not recive them. Send more than 5 email and still the same not been recived.
I give the ZERO star.

I have been going to this shop for over a year now and they would stock every thing always had lots and lots of different e-juice loads of different tanks loads of box mods and always had every coil possible fast forward to now well the shop looks like it's been burgled lots of empty space unfortunately poor Owen has to put on a brave face ask him for a coil,tank,ejuice or a box mod and he say we're waiting for delivery you don't mind once or even twice but it's every week now he blames the vape companies but ever other shop in dorset gest there vape stuff so now I phone up not to waste a journey and with out fail they say we're just waiting for delivery on that it's very sad so I use vapeclub.com next day delivery.....sorry safe cigs but your the only vape shop in blandford and surrounding areas they could have made a big market for themselves

The envelope was not folded over far enough to close the envelope - and was sealed in this position. Safercigs have photos but tell me the envelope has been opened. I was a repeat customer of this business - NO MORE

Bought a jazz pipe 2 months ago. Owen great salesman. Very satisfied. However much less satisfied when it came to replacing the cartomizer. They are always out of stock. Have visited the web site daily and the shop twice in the past few weeks and it's always ' waiting for stock to come in'. Tried phoning on a regular basis but never answered. The cartomizer is only a boge 45mmm xl with 510 thread and available elsewhere so I'm afraid they have lost my business. It should be pretty straightforward retailing...stock an expensive pipe, which is great by the way, and ensure you maintain sufficient stock of the accessories etc to keep the customer happy. This one isn't!

Answered all of my many questions and provided good genuine products and a good price. I haven't had any problems so can't vouch for their after sales service. Would use again without hesitation

I also highly recommend the Innokin Itaste V2 - performs like a champ and is miles better than entry level devices that lack enough power or battery life. This thing lasts for 2 days with quite heavy usage and always gives you a good throat hit and vapour production (assuming your atomiser is good and set up correctly).

The item I originally ordered was out of stock during the sale, but the seller apologised and agreed to send the item at the sale price when new stocks arrive which is fine by me.

Excellent service and delivery time. Having a technical problem that needed sorting out, I emailed Darren on a Sunday, and to my surprise received a response the same day. Service beyond the norm! I will, and have recommended them.

I came across Safercigs web site when I was watching reviews on youtube. I watched safercigs "A day at a UK E-cig shop" and immediately went onto their site.

Although they don't cater for the DIY builder very much, they do have a great range of eGo products and brilliant Clearomizers and the superb ASPIRE BDC range. Along with those, the Vision and Kanger products are good as well! Darren sells just about everything else you would ever want.
The Web site is very well built, and with the use of informative home made Video's from Darren the owner, it makes for a pleasurable shopping experience.

There's only one downfall to SaferCigs, and that is they're out of stock problem. But then again a lot of other web sites are in the same boat at the moment. If there's a popular product which all of us vapers want, the supply from the manufacturers seem's incredibly slow!

So if your new to Vapouring and want good advice or just want solid BDC Glassomizer's, batteries etc, then you won't go wrong visiting SaferCigs.co.uk.

I've used Safer Cigs a number of times and trusted them to provide an e-cigarette to help me quit smoking.... First venture into ecigs. Nervous buying something mediocre that might spoil the transition so went with something middle of the range. I've not smoked a real cigarette since I started - 3 weeks ago. Coupled with HS menthol sensation, the iTaste has been marvellous. Charges quickly and only needs charging after 3 whole days of vaping. Excellent product.
