Next day delivery is a joke

Website showing Next day deliveries for in stock item. I ordered Reebok Nano x1 shoes on 31 March. Unfortunately since that day nothing heard from company and no small sign of delivery. Very disappointed. Poor communication. I am expecting to get an update as quickly as possible. If not in stock should be informed within next working day.

Solid sales team

Solid sales team. What i ordered wasn't in stock for 2 weeks, they went above and beyond to facilitate getting safety shoes to me on the same delivery date. 10/10 would recommend

Haven't got item I ordered in stock…

Haven't got item I ordered in stock offered,alternative rubbish item instead.Despite knowing they didn't have item ordered took my money anyway. Awaiting response to return of my email. Trustpilot asked me to update review refunded money reply from company underneath apparently I should have waited 15min for a reply and they would not have taken my money imagine if someone invented an automated system to tell customers item not in stock.

Thank you for your recent feedback and rest assured that all feedback is used to improve on service levels for our customers. Although we endeavour to hold all sizes of our wide selection in stock at all times, some sell out quicker than others.
Our sales team did notify you that the item you had ordered was out of stock within 15 mins of receipt of your order and with a suggested alternative trousers from the same manufacturer's range as your initial order.
As we did not receive your reply until after close of business on Friday when you requested a full refund, we were unable to process this until first thing yesterday morning and I wish to assure you that this is on it’s way to you.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused on this occasion.

It's a 10/10 from me!

I ordered some FFP3 3M face masks from these guys - delivery on Tuesday (1 Feb). On their website they say "an unrivaled level of service, support and pricing for our valued customers". For once, a company is actually living up to this kind of assertion!

I simply can't fault them - website was easy to use; order confirm came through promptly and delivery the very next day. Superb service and the product is exactly as expected and was packaged well. I will not hesitate to use them again!
