It is difficult to express in words how great the quick shift Ezze team was during our big move. We have a large home with way too many things and these guys busted their butts for three days straight packing our things. They use care and precision and know skill very well and completed it where I am sure, our things will arrive safety. I highly recommend them for others who are considering moving. Ezze and team are the absolute best thanks for all the great work and help you and your team provided us in our move.

Corrupt and unethical company. Copyrighting other company's products and they don't care. Hide behind the fact that they are part of Brady Corporation and think they can get away with it. That's the type of company and people you are dealing with. You will get substandard items which are never in stock. Reviews speak for themselves!

BEWARE THAT SETON IS NOW THE SAFETYSHOP. They are changing their branding, eliminating bad feedback by using Feefo (which allows them to hand pick positive, high scoring feedback). The SafetyShop.com is still the same company as Seton and headed by the corrupt US firm Brady Corp. Unsurprisingly, they have not opted for Google Reviews on the Safety Shop for obvious reasons. They have chosen a tailored approach to prevent the truth from surfacing.

Superb. I was hesitant to order based on previous reviews. My experience could not have been better. I ordered one modest item at a modest price. I was told at the time of ordering when it would arrive. It arrived at 11am on that day, and it was carriage free with UPS with tracking. I received an order confirmation and invoice by email prior to delivery. A totally professional company. Thank you

Ordered at 4.15pm and was with me by 1pm the following day.

I made an order through these guys and the parcel never arrived. They put the fault down to their delivery service; UPS and told me they were looking into the issue. I found myself having to phone or email the company for any update at all and after x1 phone call and a few emails over the course of 2 weeks I finally got a refund but would have preferred to have received the items. Perhaps had they offered a discount or other gesture of good will for the inconvenience I would not have such a negative opinion of this company as I accept that sometime parcels with no particular blame can go missing through mishandling etc... however I received no apology, no gesture of good will or any alternative option to a refund. I regret spending my time using this company and was left feeling undervalued as a customer. As a positive I suppose at least there is some sort of customer care team you can contact.

I found their service was good but their accounting systems are a joke. Paid them via BACS on 13th April and receive a late payment demand 10 days after the money was in their account. Prior to that, their accounts phoneline was out of order for over two weeks so you couldn't pay by card. I will not be using them again!

this company is a huge rip off they sent me 2 rolls of hi vis tape completely different from the image shown on their website. Each roll was 1" x 10yds and they charged me £95.98 this must be the biggest rip off ever

Ordered some workwear, Chased order up after 10 days and asked for goods or refund, Got email cancelling order with no apology or attempt to keep custom.
Unfortunately they've missed out on a massive contract due to their lack of interest.

Gross Misrepresentation - bought a dust mask described as FORCE 8 HALF MASK RESPIRATOR that showed a picture with filter cartridges, at a price that was comparable to other suppliers with cartridges.
When it turned up it was itemised on the packing list as FORCE 8 HALF MASK RESPIRATOR WITHOUT CARTRIDGES
Steer clear and go to manufacturer direct!

Complete sales con artist who charged me for a can of spray paint over 200% more than anywhere else. No help from customer services who don't care or wish to resolve. Avoid being scammed

I've used this company previously, with fair to good results.

I ordered a bundle of signs on 17 October 2018 for a demanding client, ready for fitting on the morning of Saturday 27 October 2018.

These are not unusual signs... They are "fire escape", "no smoking" and "fire door keep shut" signs in standard sizes.

Today, 24 October 2018, three of the signs arrived from a total of fourteen.

When I called Customer Services, I was told that every sign was made to order and that it would be at least next Monday - a full 12 days after the order was placed - before the signs would be with me.

This will leave me driving around specialist shops in London, probably for a full day, to avoid disappointing the customer.

Had I known delivery would take this long, I would not have ordered from the site.
