Avoid this shop at all costs. It has the most terrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The staff are dishonest and lack integrity; they make promises they never keep. The only reason I continued to purchase from them was that they had the books I needed, which I couldn't find anywhere else. Otherwise, I would have stopped buying from them long ago. But his books of high quality.

Excellent service and experience as always

I don’t understand why there’s a negative review for this company. I’ve been buying books from them for a long time now and have never had a single problem. I’ve spent hundreds if not a few thousands with them, and not once have I been unhappy with my delivery. They’ve always chased up my order if I asked, they’ve always refunded me if an item was missing. I suppose they could be slightly more consistent with their dispatch times but honestly their service is brilliant so I don’t mind that here and there. Some of the best prices on the market, do a price comparison and you’ll see for yourself. Don’t think I’d ever stop buying from them, excellent bookstore.

Terrible customer service.

Tried to sell books at a higher price than on the website. When he was informed, he then offered a discount but failed to carry through with the completed transaction. The books were then grossly inflated on the site, as he tried to compare the company to leading retailers.

The site offers PAYPAL payment, but refused to accept Paypal as a service, stating he is a small business and will only accept it as: send money to family/friend - giving his word as a guarantee.

Avoid at all costs, rude and untrustworthy.
