Sam made buying a house so much easier and stress free, biggest thing for me was how he simplified things and made it easier to understand which helps along the way. Very approachable and friendly too. Definitely recommend!

Sage mortgage and protection
Well to say the least it was worth every penny and more. Whilst looking for a property added stress is not required but we found that our broker was the one who took on the stress, dealt with anything thrown our way and most importantly he was a friendly face we could trust. We knew Sam was there whenever we needed him he was on the other end of the call. We were pretty much left in the dark with our solicitors and Sam adapted and took on their role too. He was so informative and before we knew it he became our guide, counsellor, broker of course, solicitor and most importantly a good friend!
I must admit it was sad when we got our house and didn't require his services anymore.

Would 100% recommend Sam when looking for a mortgage deal. He saved us the hassle of going round the banks and he got us the best deal possible for us when moving house. Lovely guy, very friendly and he answered all our questions promptly, no matter how silly they were! He came out to our house and talked us through our options. The process of moving was stressful but Sam made the mortgage side of things a breeze and it was one less thing for us to worry about.
