Paid SageSure the full amount for home insurance. They sent a unqualified inspector after they got the money. Sent a email stating a roof was needed and minor water drain issue. I sent a licensed professional roofer to inspect the roof. No roof was needed. They then cancelled my policy. There response , you will get a partial refund in 30 days. Only had the policy one month. Got to checking, this seems the practice of the company. Get your money then cancel your policy and they decide how much you get back. Probably get a bill from the company for a bill for the inspection that was fraudulent. Advise stay away from SageMAYBESure

My claim and adjuster for my roof damage went as well as I could imagine. The adjuster was quick to respond and answered all my questions.

My adjuster was extremely knowledgeable and very informative. She gave me fast, concise information that helped me through this entire process. Insurance claims always follow a loss of some sort. Our Sagesure settlement was fair and made our loss much more tolerable!

Our townhouse was struck by lightening on July 10th. We notified SageSure on July 11, 2025 of our damages and sent invoices to them totally over $10, 400. We have a $1,000 deductible. On July 23rd we received a check for $9,400. In less than 2 weeks we received this check for damages. We are completely satisfied with this fast turnaround and little hassle on our part.
On July 26th, we discovered a TV in an upstairs bedroom had also been hit by lightening and was no longer in working order. On July28th we notified SageSure of this. We replaced the TV for $397 and were informed on July 30th that we would receive a check for new TV for $397.
We are extremely pleased with the quick response SageSure gave us with no hassle from them. We would highly recommend them for house insuance coverage.

After I filed the claim, an adjuster was assigned. Soon the adjuster called and assigned a appraisal to came by to inspect the property. Two days later an appraiser came by, inspected. Wasn't long the adjuster called and informed and explained to me what I was going to expect in the claim and the payment was issued. That was fast and efficient. Great company recommended to anyone looking for a home insurance .
