Lost, trashed or stolen parcel?
I ordered Christmas presents online and the shopping company delivered through Sailpost. My parcel never arrived and I found out that they 'could not deliver it'. However, we don't know how it was possible: on the given day, I was in lockdown with my family, there is a full-time doorman in the building (was working that day), I was never contacted in any way to inform me about the failed delivery. They claim that they resent the parcel to the sender. The sender denies it and Sailpost fails to provide a document of this returned parcel. They simply lost or stole the items. They don't answer to the phone and have no reliable tracking system, just say and write whatever comes to their mind.
