The store is always clean and tidy and I can find everything I need. However I always feel incensed to see lovely plants so dry they have died on the shelf. I have witnessed this on many an occasion. Why can’t someone be appointed to water them and also so Sainsbury can sell them! A total waste.

I've switched to Ocado!
I've stopped doing my big shop at Sainsbury's as they sent me goods with a very short life but refused to refund advising that, due to them avoiding waste, it was ok for them to send out humous with a very short life (2days). Their loss as I've switched to Ocado for my big online shop.

Losing out with substitutes.
I placed an online order to take advantage of 25% off six or more bottles of prosecco. On the day the order arrived the wine selected was out of stock . Neither of the wines substituted were acceptable . While I got the items refunded it still means I lost out on substantial savings.

First great experience
All the items I order except one were exactly as I requested. Delivery was within time slot and driver was really friendly. Its just shame that I requested wholemeal baps, as I can't eat white bread and therefore order them for reason to end up with white ones. Apart from all was great!

Horsham Sainsburys in decline
NEVER any small trolleys unless you look around car park. Hand sets invariably not available. Get the overall impression the store is being run down and under staffed. Milk is often only available in expensive 2 pint containers and not in the more economical 4 pint. Used to be a good well managed store but not now

BRING BACK MANNED CHECKOUTS
I HATE that there are so few manned checkouts !!
The checkout staff are lovely .. I refuse to use self checkouts .. I don’t work for Sainsbury’s !!..and refuse to contribute to people losing their jobs !
