Horrible, non-existent customer assistance. Stay away.

I ordered this item and it took a while to deliver. I needed it for an event. When it finally delivered after never updating the tracking, I received the complete wrong item from China. It literally shipped from China. It’s an Amazon knock off. I immediately contacted store for return label to send back and they didn’t acknowledge my request for refund and just sent a new Chinese hat. First, I will never shop with this business again. Second, it wouldn’t arrive in time for my event. They are now ignoring my requests for return label to get refund and told me to discard wrong item (like Chinese Amazon products are discarded because they are worth less than the shipping cost).

Ordered a piece from Saint Chic and the quality when it arrived was actually shocking. If I had paid $4 for this from Temu I would have been disappointed, yet I was actually scammed out of $50. It didn’t need to feel high end but this felt like it came from a flea market. And of course when I tried to return it I was told I could get a store credit only. WHY would I want credit to buy another piece of garbage? I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The ring looks NOTHING like the picture. They want me to pay for the return shipping, and a store credit only. I wish I could upload pictures here

Horrible experience! Ordered item months ago, still in transit. I asked for refund company is nonresponsive. It’s a loss unfortunately. Will never order from this company again

Ordered a dress
arrived 2/ 3 weeks later. Dress wasn't it. I requested a return. Non responsive!

I ordered a fur hat from them. The hat is cute, but the brim on the model is much larger than the brim on the hat I received. What's even more questionable than the length of time it took to receive it............is it reeked of "weed". I
Was tempted to order a "fur jacket" that's currently on sale 🫨............but

These people are con artist!!!! Ordered a pair of boots for $125 in February of 2023. They came folded over, no box and had a strong smell of glue. Only time I would have been caught dead in them is on Halloween. Left a poor review on there site (which they deleted) and then reached out to me saying I could return for a refund to “store credit” even though there return policy stated full refund to original payment method. I agreed and returned the boots and then crickets reached out several time and no response….I turned it up a bit and started commenting on their IG pics and them finally I get a response got and email saying I would be issued the credit and then nothing and it is now the end of May. Reached back out on IG and they blocked me! I don’t care about the money at this point it’s the principal…they are going to pay me one way or another and I will make sure they loose business in the process…they messed with the wrong chic.

I ordered a pair of gloves three months ago that never arrived. I tried sending emails to their “help” service to which there was no response of course. I sent dms on instagram to the brand and “owner” @omgingie who was no help. She just said “I don’t do customer service darling” then blocked me. So unprofessional. I still have not been refunded the $80 I spent. Stay far away from this brand the owner is shady shady shady…

1) My items were split up, and many of them were very slow to ship. It has been nearly one month and I still have not recieved all of my items.

2) One item arrived damaged, I contacted customer service, and I got no reply for over a week. After that, I filed a return, and they clearly did not read my inquiry, because they said "just wait longer for your order to be delivered". It was already delivered, the issue was that it was damaged!

3) I later found out many of the items they sell just come from AliExpress, at triple the price ... hence, the slow shipping, multiple boxes, and Chinese packaging. Some items even use the exact same images! You may as well order directly from AliExpress and save 70% of the cost. Is this a dropshipping company??

Of the items that did arrive though, they were of good quality.

Great merchandise, great business. Just moved into my studio apartment and found so much here that will help make the place pop. Will definitely be ordering more and great prices.

For 5 years we have been giving our employees gift cards for purchases at Saint Chic. Every year this is a big "perk" and everyone loves the Saint Chic products. Great company.

Also the customer service is excellent, always gave me great help when I needed to return or I was waiting for an item. Thank you so much for helping me on my last item! My mom loved her gift.
