Just so easy and simple to use! Signing up was quick and easy, now I’m just a few taps away from requesting pay a little earlier, fantastic for when you do lots of overtime before a holiday and payday doesn’t align! Also used the loan service for a car as it was a better rate, just comes out my pay every month so messing around paying it!

Website won't let me log in half the time but the app I can use with no issues so far. My advance came through immediately but from reviews seems I will not be applying for a loan anytime soon

Good website, useless staff
When you don't have any problems with the website this company is brilliant. It's generally easy to use and is a good way to borrow.
However there is absolutely no customer service available. The people running the phones have no idea how to help and can be incredibly rude. Same with the staff on the live chat and email. I raised an issue which nobody was able to solve and eventually they just closed on their own without my permission.
