Great customer service and overall experience.

My 7 day day trial about to be up and I was going to be charged annually if I didn't opt out or upgrade. Well it it didn't give me an option to upgrade to lifetime, here's where karen came in & saved the day. She went above & beyond what a lot of other customer service reps would do for you. Most would just tell you there's nothing they can do. This experience really makes me feel comfortable that I found the right place to do business!

Update: I was contacted by Salehoo's AMAZING customer service. They deeply apologized for the horrible experience with Clickbank and fixed the error and also went above and beyond to change my experience. Their co founder even got involved which shows how much they care. They are truly customer centric and they took ownership of the problem. Every business would run into issues with customers, that is expected. How you handle the situation however is what set them apart. They turned a furious customer into a loyal fan. I wish them all the best and success as they deserve it. Love you guys!

I signed up for their directory list and after a year got a notification of renewal when I tried to cancel, there was no way to cancel it from Salehoo itself. You have to contact ClickBank. So I jumped on the chat with ClickBank and everything was fine until I told them I want to cancel my subscription. The agent ghosted me.

Though I left the company early the entire team was very responsive for the remainder of my membership. All interactions were pleasant, I do plan to return; a plethora of vendors and different shops.

Going through Google to find a good company to drop ship of give honest information about the process is a needle in a haystack. SaleHoo is loaded with how to information along with pros and cons. Seriously that is unheard-of. I had lots of questions that I was surprised were answered extremely fast and honestly. Looking forward to a long business relationship with them. Thank you Phil 😊

Salehoo is an excellent platform to work with. Rhea answers me in few minutes and has excellent customer service. I bombard her with questions everyday and she responds respectfully. Their platform has made it easier for me to start my online clothing store with ease. All you have to do is buy their education stuffs and It makes it much easier for you. No need to call a supplier, buying their Salehoo directory will be it, all you do is pick the things you want and import into your website, and that’s it, then you sell in your website. I truly recommend Salehoo to anyone opening online store whether newbie or you have it and struggling. They’ve made things much easier for me to run my online store.
