We went whale watching on May 6th
Saw 3 whales, the biologist was very knowledgeable, the staff was great, we always had drinks and food available.
The boat is big an spacious, I think looking at other boats around us whale watching, I want to say our was the best and it had sun beds on top with great view!
Great whale watching trip. Pick up from Riu Palace Hotel. 10 mins to the harbour. Lovely boat and crew. We saw 3 humpback whales which were amazing... Breaching together and playing in the sea. Our children loved it.
Sadly, I can only give 3 stars. To the usual person, this excursion is brilliant. Cannot fault the service. However if you have an ALLERGY or a special DIETRY REQUIREMENT, either bring your own food or give this trip a miss. The buffet came out (I have coeliac, gluten)... Cake...pizza...pastries...sandwiches. I made a request on booking for gluten free. I raised this concern with Salina's manager who was onboard, she is from Belgium, can't remember the name. She offered me... apples. The mouldy, dry apples which the flies had been nomming on for the past 2 hours. Sort it out Salina Sails!

We have taken your feedback to heart and are happy to inform you that the past months we have paid extra attention to our passengers with any allergies or dietry requirements.
Vegetarian snacks are now standard added to the buffet and more interesting and delicious alternatives have been tested for our passengers with other requests.
