⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After initially experiencing an issue with a wax pot I purchased from Salons Direct, I felt it was only right to update my experience because the customer service I received was outstanding. Helen went above and beyond to help me. She kept me informed throughout, resolved the issue as quickly as possible, and made sure I had a replacement wax pot so I could continue working without unnecessary disruption. As someone who relies on their equipment every day, that level of care and understanding made such a difference. It’s easy to leave a review when something goes wrong, but I think it’s just as important to recognise exceptional customer service when it’s deserved.
