I visited Salon VICARO recently for a profesional hair cut. The overall experience was avarege. The enviroment were ok. They were takeing precautions to make shure the custumers feel safe. The servicewas medicore; wait-times and cutting weren't special or anything. The staff were friendly but nothing special. I would say I had a decent overall experence, but not somthing to remeber. I wouldnt recomend the salon just for the excuse of the price.

Unprofessional. The stylists don’t seem to have much experience in my opinion of what they are doing. The one I was seeing turned my hair purple, and that stylist who the owner considers “a master stylist” is laughable. The receptionist NEVER forwarded complaints. Even when you had pictures. Wanted you to sign a lawyers contract for money, if you wanted your money back for hair they messed up on. If you do go there, your hair can get messed up, and if you required your money back - then expect a Milford lawyer to make you sign something, which I didn’t. Harassing when you do make reviews. The stylist I saw was always in a hurry. Parking is ridiculous.
