some colleagues and I decided to choose a bike each from different brands. I came across samebike and decided on the xd26 model, it seemed to be a lot of bike for the money. maybe it was my carelessness, but was asked not to order a bike from them when I wrote we would make a review freely available of our different experiances. I was in contact with their customer service as there was a difference between using sambike.store and samebike.com

so, be aware

Find another brand or buy samebike through a dealer you trust

I get a foldable ebike by my friend's recommendation.The shipping is so fast, I receive it 4 days later. But it raining in Den Haag for days, the packaging was soaked and torn, luckily the bike is intact.

I received the bike but a speed is not working. IMPOSSIBLE to contact the customer service, they do not reply back!

The bike is definitely good with that price.

I can't rate the bike as I never received one. Because of 'mysterious' reasons DPD could not deliver the package to my home. The track and trace tells me the package was returned because it was to heavy. While samebike tells me my adres is incorrect (I doubled checked, its not). Anyway, I know samebike can't really help the problems DPD creates. What samebike can control is how they handle situations like this. At the moment I don't have the bike, and they don't want to give my money back before DPD delivers them the package in return, which I can't control and is not my responsibility. DPD just tells me the package is 'stuck' and I need to get in touch with samebike. No bike, no money, definitely 1 star.
