DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely atrocious company that I would never recommend to anyone. I made the mistake of not checking Trust Pilot first.

Trust Pilot, you need to enable a zero star rating on this site because one star is far too generous.

They promised they would arrive within the hour at 1pm (three days before Christmas) to replace a barrel lock that we had lost the key to, and stated that price would be £90. The chap didn't arrive until 7.30pm.

As soon as he arrived, he said it would cost £150. We agreed. He proceeded to drill the door, snap the barrel off, went to his van to get a replacement barrel lock only to tell us the replacement plus labour would now cost £240! At this point, we had no door at 7.45pm and, therefore, no choice.

I refused to pay that much and we eventually agreed to £190 for 20 minutes work.

This company knows exactly what they're doing, arriving late in the evening and increasing prices from £90 to £240, knowing we have no choice but to agree. They are fleecing people, and just before Christmas. Bah humbug!

Disgusting- Avoid at all costs

Disgusting- Avoid at all costs.

Total cost just under £500 for broken latch.

This company will charge you £380 just for a basic door lock replacement part and pretend it’s the standard price. If you choose not take it, they still charge you for the call out and then you run the risk of having to pay twice. Obviously when you can’t lock your door, you have the pressure to get it fixed quickly and might not research as much as you should, they’re taking advantage of this. Obviously some people don’t have any pride or self respect for their work and just want to scam people.

Disgusting

I got locked out of my flat, they quoted me £59 to unlock the lock over the phone.

When came onsite it became £115 plus he sold me new lock £189 plus labour charge £49.

He wanted to charge £500 including 2 year guarantee on the lock and future maintenance.

Finally charged me £363

Absolute fraudsters

Absolute fraudsters. Do not use this service, it’s part of a wider and growing locksmith service price gouging scam across the UK. Did not quote me until they arrived. Started the work without me agreeing to the price. Was rude and got angry with me. Forced me to pay on the spot without an invoice. I got expert advice afterwards and they charged me £570 for a very simple job that should have cost max £180. Wish I could give 0 stars.
