I have been a customer since Note3, and now wanted to purchase Fold 8 Ultra 1 TB, but price gone up by approximately £100 in less than 24 hours. I shared screenshots with Samsung to work out and honour the initial price which also was shared of various websites by reviewers but no support.
It looks like Samsung support never improves. Luckily, the products are good, and I personally not had any major issues since I know Samsung. I managed to order the device in the end but at the higher price.
5 stars for the products if you don't need to get involved with a Samsung representative.

The biggest issue is using Samsung Finance. After many attempts and complaints. I just went down another method of purchase you need to sort out your ID verification system. Otherwise you will loss sales

Buying experience is very good with overall reduced satisfaction.
Buying experience is very good with deals and coupons currently in offer. However, being samsung loyal customer for many years now I did an expensive purchase of phone and case and having weeks of time to dispatch for these products, samsung support agents are unable to swap case color which is really disappointing.

The television is fine
The television is fine, the delivery was fine but I didn’t expect INSTALLATION to only mean plugging it in. I had to pay over £100 to have it set up, to use it, in addition to your £45 installation charge.

Depending on the installation service that you choose, this can either be to have the stand fitted to the TV with removing the packaging and disposing it, a simply wall mounting service or wall mounting the TV and recycling your old TV.
