The Samuel Leeds Academy continues to prove its value. I've just completed the Financial Freedom Challenge, and that experience alone has been worth every penny.
What has impressed me most is how the academy systematically removes the barriers and uncertainties that often stop people from succeeding in property. The training is practical, the support is genuine, and you're constantly encouraged to take action rather than just consume information.
A special thank you to my coach for the week, Ashley Hyland, whose guidance, encouragement and expertise made a real difference throughout the challenge.

Samuel Leeds academy is full of so many incredible resources. I just finished the financial freedom challenge and it has been an amazing experience.
You really do get out what you put in! And if you’ve got the energy to do what it takes to get into this industry then it’s worth the every penny. Not for the faint hearted but one hundred percent BRILLIANT.

Just completed the Serviced Accommodation Professional training module and i cant recommend it enough the new style of training really forces you to sit back and understand the training sessions and drills it into you. The course is presented well and very informative.

This course is by far the best thing I have ever done in my 62 years. I have dabbled in rentals and property refurbishment for many years.
Samuel Leeds and the academy have taught me so much. I thought I was a knowledgeable property entrepreneur but have learnt a great deal on this course and advise anyone considering a career in property to join the academy.

Excellent course
I think this course is very well designed to help beginners kick start their hospitality business journey and is also packed with so many tips on how to dominate the game. I would recommend this to beginners and people who already have a serviced accommodation business because there is always something to learn and apply.

I just completed FFC of BRRR2SA and have been coached by Maria De-Fonzo. She is an amazing person, very professional and fun to take on any challenge. What was cool about Maria is the depth of knowledge and experience with me as a builder. She is hands-on from sourcing to purchasing, from refurb to refinance, from rental to SA management, and so so so much more.

What an experience on the Financial…
What an experience on the Financial Freedom Challenge with Samuel.
The challenge was designed to push you, get you taking action, and help you get real results if you follow the process.
I gained a huge amount of experience, viewed 5 properties across Coventry and Birmingham, found 3 promising opportunities, and made strong connections with local agents.
Our group mentor Izabela was amazing. She brought great energy, kept us on track, and made sure we stayed focused on taking action throughout the challenge.
I also connected with some great people in the group who are on the same journey.
Overall, an incredible experience and I’m excited to see what comes from it.
