Scammers. I ordered a parcel and waited over 4 months, but it never arrived. Customer support was unhelpful and provided no real solution. I eventually had to contact my bank, and the bank refunded me. I do not recommend this seller.
Total scam. Placed the order and have never received. Customer service is a joke, only excuses. Reporting this company as a fraud. Stay away
Our order never arrived, and when we tried to cancel the purchase, the company delayed the process several times. After we informed them that we had chosen to freeze the payment until we received our goods, they stopped responding to our emails.
Scam, shouldn't have ordered there, doesn't answer to any E-Mails, and you can't find them in Amsterdam, where it is apparently designed and made (I live there).
