Ghosted us after saying he could do our taxes, now facing late fee and interest

Led me on to believe he could help me, and then did not respond to any of my emails for 9 months - I followed up increasingly via email from April 2025 until January 2026 and started escalating to phone calls to his office but even his office personnel weren't able to get in touch with him on our behalf. We are now unfortunately needing to find someone else to help us with our 2024 tax year and likely facing a late fee and interest due to the mismanagement of Sanders Taxes. Based on the Google reviews, it seems like this has happened to a few other people too. Recommend caution when proceeding with Sanders Tax Services.
