I Was in Mallorca and tried to withdraw money from their ATM machine ..
No money came out of the ATM, but the money was withdrawn from my card ..

Contacted the bank next day to complain, but no one there felt any remorse, nor did they see it as there problem, I felt like the fool of the year..

SATANDER YOU OWE ME 2000 KR ... + interest - and in your world that's at least double the money..

Først beklager jeg din oplevelse med hæveautomaten på Mallorca og håber du trods alt havde en god ferie.
Selvom det kan virke noget ulogisk, skal du faktisk have fat i din kortudsteder/bank, som skal undersøge den manglende udbetaling for dig. De vil formentlig spørge dig detaljeret om tid, sted, transaktionen og dernæst kontakte de rette instanser for at hjælpe dig.
