WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
On November 30, 2025 I was trying to establish service I was asked for payment info which was submitted but informed to provide further information before any service I requested would be active. Since it was requesting more information and it was pass my bedtime I decided to hold off until another time. At a blink of an eye I notice 2 separate transactions in the amount of $18.98 deducted from my Business Bank Card. I normally read reviews before conducting any business yet I didn’t do so this time around until I tried to dispute on my Bank portal and it said unavailable so I ended up here where I see multiple complaints about services not being delivered!! This is not right!! We live in a world where we need all our money. I have insurance and pray my bank can reverse the charges NEXT STEP BBB BE CAREFUL EVERYONE ITS A HUGE SCAM AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO THOSE THAT WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY!!

I have in writing things they promised they could handle and they are now refusing AFTER receiving our annual fee.
Hidden fees are everywhere.
They quite easily told me where to click the button to cancel the service clearly showing that either (a) some underling is providing answers without telling anyone in a responsible position what is going on or (b) they truly don't care that they made promises they now refuse to keep.

Useless for expats. They don't even indicate the sender, and they don't provide an address the usps will allow you to forward to.

Don't waste your time.

I had soooo bad experience with Sasquatchmail, because I filled 1583 form and they said incorrect and for the next day I sent new corrected one but after many sending mail they said I did not send corrected form and after that I got angry, sent screenshots and wanted refund, there is no answer yet. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

I ve spend 2 years with them I had zero problem, just sometimes website working very slow.

I rented a virtual office from the company. But they didn't even respond to my emails. Irresponsible company. I started the return process. They didn't even respond to my return. My experience with this company is definitely negative. Be careful when purchasing services.

This was my worst experience every because you cannot even make any convo with them. Erica was replying 1 email / Week. even we were sending a new reminder emails for each days... And we just found a better one with same prices.

I have had the best experience. The staff are very friendly and they answer me promptly. Thank you for your help, they truly listen and try and solve my issues.
