Excellent products and customer support

Excellent products and excellent support, I ordered 5 shoes and all were really nice, whenever needed any help customer support was always active and very very supportive. Very trustworthy and genuine site.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service, connect on whats app with them for size issue and they helped me in exchange.

Sastajoota team is wxcellent, i have bought 3 pairs and all were very good @the price.

Genuine sellers recommended, and go for first copies they are excellent,

Dont go fake reviews ...check google reviews of sastajoota. Its the best website i have ever found on website with so many varieties and reasonable price..customer service is excellent and i have never faced any issues regarding refunds...i got alteast 4 pairs from this website till now

I think this is a useless platform…

I think this is a useless platform which a person should stay away from. Shoes are obviously totally fake with just a fake tag of brand. I bought a woodland shoes of 10 number. They sent a 9 number instead. After that the return process is so tough that they will ask you for a proper video of the shoes than after 8-10 days after continuous messaging on WhatsApp they will give you the shopkeepers' address which could be anywhere in india and you have to courier the shoes to them at your own cost by going to any courier shop. This is pathetic. No one takes so much headache for returning an item. I threw the shoes instead since they were not that costly and costed 800.
