Excellent service as usual! This is the third time I have Purchased updated maps for my BMW. Very fast very reliable and efficient. I sent Rusty my car details and current Map information. In advert says Europe sat update but are only 3 countries, bad very bad do not order from them...i asked them which DVD is for Europe and they send it to me the link with only couple of countries,i ordered exactly from the link ...so they did not mention that I need to order 2 or 3 DVD for ...EUROPE....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...

Not many companies achieve a full 5 stars on Trustpilot, but this one fully deserves the accolade. I was a bit wary of not using BMW to update my much-loved 5 series, which still had the original 2010 maps. I need not have worried as the authorisation code and USB stick provided worked faultlessly, was loaded up in one hour, and I now have full 7 digit postcode searches! Sensible pricing, and a guy who clearly understands his niche business. Thank you Rusty!

I have used Rusty to update the nav maps on many BMWs over a long time now. Service is always excellent with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.

This is the fourth or fifth time I've used the service on my BMW X5s The upgrades are flawless. The latest version on my newer car didn't go well for me but it was my own stupidity, but Rusty was there to clear things up.
I would recommend to everyone. If you're not to computer savvy just order the upgrade on a memory stick.
I will keep using Rusty for the reliability and value for money.

First sat nav update on a 2017 BMW and the process was simple and cheaper than the £120+ our local BMW dealer wanted. Rusty is helpful and quick to respond for people like me, who never having done this before. Will definitely use again
