Great products and ethos.

Use a few of Satochip's products, predominantly their "Satochip" and "Seedkeeper" cards.

Satochip provide their open source code used in their applets to inspect. You can use the applets on DIY hardware too if you wish.

Empty envelope received.

An order was placed for the ring. This ring was then placed into a regular enveloped and shipped by the Satochip. When it was received, the envelope was empty and the ring was not in it. You can see imprints on the envelope of the ring and since it was just placed in the envelope without padding, I'm sure it was also easy to feel that it was a ring. The company was contacted and unfortunately since the item was shipped and I received an empty envelope, they are not responsible. They did offer a discount code, but the fact that they did not accept fault on their end by not properly packaging the ring and shipping it, the customer is out funds.
This company sounds like a small growing company with limited funds and poor customer service. Good luck when doing business with them.

Now this company replied stating they shipped with signature confirmation. This is absolutely not true and now it makes me question their honesty. The package was shipped in a regular envelope (which I still have, just for future proof) WITHOUT padding and with regular mail service. The envelope was placed in my mailbox. Full Stop.
Why would you mail a ring in a non padded envelope that displays there is a ring in it (based on the imprints of the ring), no signature proof and with zero insurance, which for something that is less $100 USD should automatically be included.
To make matters worse, they go on here in a public forum and lie about delivery.
Think before you place your order.

We would like to clarify the situation regarding this order.

The client did receive the package. The order was shipped using a tracked and signed delivery service (BPOST recommandé), which requires the recipient’s signature upon delivery. The package was accepted and signed for by the client without any reservation or refusal at the time of receipt.

After accepting the delivery, the client contacted us claiming that the envelope was empty and later sent us photos of the already opened envelope. Unfortunately, once a signed package has been accepted without any immediate claim to the carrier, it is no longer possible for us to open a shipping investigation or hold the carrier responsible.

Despite this, we took the time to discuss the situation with the client and offered solutions in good faith. These proposals were declined, and the client chose instead to leave this negative review.

As a reliable growing company, Satochip makes every effort to ship orders securely and to assist customers when issues arise. We regret that no mutually acceptable resolution could be reached in this case.

We remain committed to transparency and customer support and encourage customers to inspect packages upon delivery and report any issues immediately before accepting them.

A well-deserved 5-star product!

I’ve used the Satochip Seedkeeper to securely store my seed phrases and I’m extremely satisfied. The Seedkeeper offers a secure and practical solution for storing critical information without the need for paper notes. It’s easy to use and provides a high level of privacy. The app is free and doesn’t require an internet connection, making it even more convenient. Satochip has taken an innovative approach that combines both security and ease of use. A well-deserved 5-star product!

Amazing products

Love their products. Especially the seedkeeper is an amazing tool if combined with completely offline/airgapped computer.
