After fitting my TV on the wall I had problems with the picture, when i checked the back of the TV i noticed it was sat on the Ariel cable therefore almost cutting through the wire which now needs to be replaced, when i called for some help they denied it was their fault and wasn't interested in sorting the problem even though initially they said they would come out and have a look, they never did, it was a fob off, i have been without a TV for over a month now, I had the same response as another customer had to Voice mails and messages left - none ! they just want the money and aren't interested when things go wrong
