Uacceptabel oplevelse, urimelig og grov behandling.
I bought a Satellite Rotor STAB HH120 on 21- 04- 2015 in the shop in Malmø (I live in Denmark)
When I install it I find out that the connector from the motor to LNB was broken and did not work. The connector to the receiver was working and could be controlled from the receiver.
As there is no other option on the Satpro.se site I filed an RMA on 02-05-2015 (1661) asking what to do. I did not get any answer, so I called them on 07-05-2015 and have been told You're welcome to our shop in Malmoe and we'll exchange the rotor .
I have been in the Satpro shop in Malmö Saturday 09-05-2015 around 14 o’clock. The staff would not exchange the rotor, alighting that I used force. I DO not agree with that at all, of course you use some force to screw an F-connector this is elementary physics, but no unnecessary or violence force. I screw it whit hand as I have done 1000 and 1000 times before. This is the first time that happens , I believe because it was broken originally.
When the staff open the rotor the flat cable inside was totally disconnected, this has not and could not have anything to do with the F-connector.
After long discussions, the staff said he would try to fix it himself. After about ½ hour, he show me (still dismounted and open on the counter) on a monitor that there is a signal and it is working. Then he put everything together and close the rotor.
I get home and put everything in place. Now my original problem (NO Signal) is fixed, but I got a new one The rotor dos not move no matter what I do.
I spend my hole Saturday spending 300 Kr. Traveling to Malmö, and still with a useless rotor.
I mailed and called Satpro to no use, just wasting of my time. For the rotor, that comes with fabrication defect and no matter what it is not working.
