Me cobran la mitad de una reparación que luego no se realiza me emplazan a remitirme a un correo para que me devuelvan el dinero y me Dan un plazo de 15 a 30 días que ya paso y no devuelven el importe, se escribe al correo que me dieron y ya no existe, estafadores total

Como siempre todo muy bien y perfecto con sus explicaciones para entender bien el trabajo y mantenimiento.
Los técnicos muy bien y la atención.

Me estafaron. Se me estropeó el frigorífico y vino un técnico. Me dijo que costaría mucho arreglarlo que me comprara uno nuevo. Me dijeron que eran técnicos oficiales de LG. Como no vi muy claro como se comportó llame a LG España y me dijo que ese no era el servicio oficial. Se quedaron con 60€. Ya tengo el frigorífico arreglado pero por el servicio oficial. Les he denunciado al consumidor, pero no encuentran domicilio. Y han quitado el anuncio de Google.
Vienen a mi casa a ver una vitroceramica rota. Me cobran 60.50€ por la visita. Luego me piden 600€ por adelantado para pedir el cristal y hacerme la reparacion. Anulan la orden de reparacion y no me devuelven el dinero. Tras mas de 20 dias y reclamandoles el dinero de vuelta he tenido que denunciarlos en la OCU y en la policia por apropiacion indebida. Hay que tener poca verguenza...
