I give them number 10 because I'm really satisfied with their staff.
-They are really friendly and patient.
-They have enough knowledge about what they sale.
-They are really polite.
-They can speak with different languages (it was really important for me because it was much easier and faster to make a decision 😍)
And about the quality of the device that I bought i can't say my opinion now because I've just bought first i have to use then I can share it.

Ordered a product and purchased it. Saturn says it cannot deliver it, but it is still online listed. That was 3 weeks ago. I asked the customer service 2 days ago, and didnt received an answer.

Friendly atmosphere

I have a good experience, from the moment I made a choice of what to buy, I was given the best service by Saturn.

I ordered oven and selected home delivery since its heavy. I was at home for the delivery and suddenly got notice that parcel cannot be delivered because of recipient absence!! I had to go pick up point and took a uber again to bring it. I am really fed up.

Unkind, uninterested, false info on their site - Germany. Paid deleting of reviewd doesn't help.

I have bought a vacuum cleaner from Saturn.de, it had a defect from the start, it was giving a burnt plastic smell from the engine, I have sent it back to Saturn asked for my money back. instead they say they have repaired it and want me to pick it up. I dont want a brand new machine to be repaired.

I ordered DJI drone, have to wait 3 weeks to get messagge that it disappear in delivery and they will not send me another one, only cashback, no discount.

The worst online shop. Never used it, as they try to make people fool. I order a camera on 12.05 (760 euro price) and it should be delivered on 16.05. And today (delivery date) I receive a message that it is not available anymore. I am checking the website, it is still available just with 100 euro higher. So as you can understand they do not want to send it with lower price anymore. I wrote the website chat and ask can I buy the camera now, is it available. They told me positive. So with this chat evidence I wrote to Supporter for explanation. Anyway they insist that there is technical issue and they cannot do anything as the item is not available. But it is available, as we even called them and ask about this camera.
I have all screen shots and evidence. My advice to you: Do not use this service! They are fraud and making people fool.

I had the most horrible experience ever shopping with Saturn. From purchase to delivery to installation, this was a nightmare and I am still calling people to fix the issues.
1. Purchase experience : I went to Alexanderplatz to buy [Fridge/Washing machine/Dishwasher/Herd/Oven] for my new apartment. The sales lady we dealt with, literally shouted at us a few times. She was the one who approached us to start with, starting by talking in English and later she kept pointing out that she is doing us a favour by talking in English. We had almost walked out, but didnt as we had wasted 4 hours of our day and wanted to get the things closed.
2. Delivery and installation, now comes the even more horrible part which is still going till today.
My original delivery was scheduled for 30th April [A lot of time for Saturn to plan everything]. I had kitchen guys coming the day after to install the kitchen and I also paid them to put in appliances.
Saturn sends me an email on 29th April 4:55 PM, that they can't deliver. I tried to reason with them that I already paid for someone coming the next day, so I need appliances. Delivery didnt happen of course.
Then they gave me a date of Saturday 4th May, 8 AM to 2 PM. The guys showed up at 2:30 PM, no reason why they showed up late. Those delivery guys that came were the most unprofessional guys i have ever seen. I have never seen big companies like Saturn sending such staff.
They didn't bring the herd and Oven and kept arguing with me that it's not on the delivery list. Kept shouting, not their problem. I had my kids in the house that day and one guy was almost to the point of threatening.
They didn't connect the water connection to Fridge, saying they dont have the right connector.
They didn't finish Dishwasher work completely, as they couldn't cut below the dishwasher.
To top everything else, they scratched the front door in my brand new apartment.
I called Saturn and they said they will get back to me. Of Course they didn't on their own, after at least 5 follow-ups, I was given a date of 11th May to deliver and install the Herd + Oven. Also fix the dishwasher. I specifically asked that it's not wood, but aluminium. I was told it will be taken care of.
The guys who came said they cant cut aluminium and this is not their problem. They initially installed the Oven a bit slanted. When I pointed this out, they said this is my problem and my "haus verwaltung" should fix this. How is "haus verwaltung" responsible for the kitchen ? They finally fixed the slanting [took them maybe 5 mins], but they behaved like they are doing a favour to me.

The dishwasher is still not fixed to this date. I will have to pay again extra money to the kitchen guys for this.

I am deeply frustrated with the whole ordeal and this was without doubt my worst shopping experience ever of any type.

Horrible service and expirience,I asked for laptop that has 16RAM and it was 699€ but they gave me laptop that had 8RAM and I payed also 699€ for that. You literly scamed me as a coustomer and i wouldn't ever come to you place to buy something nor my family. I would give you not 1 star but 0 becouse you scamming people. Ps it happened two days ago in city REMSCHEID.Overal horryble expirience I DO NOT RECOMANT.

But I haven’t received my order and any information about my order. They don’t give you information about order by mail or anything. I’ll give you 0/10 point bad service

The delivery was fast, and well packed. Ich freue mich sehr 😍

I think I had some miscommunication problems happened with the employee or the employee was not experienced. The issue with my product has been solved. I was frustrated initially but it was so nice experience today.

I needed a new tablet and had decided on a Lenovo p 12. Also I wanted an SD card to go with the tablet. Some days before I became aware, that Saturn had a good deal on this item, and drove the almost 300 km. from Aalborg to Flensborg. (I had checked - several times - on the homepageof the local Saturn, that the tablet was in stock).
Guess what: When I came there, the tablet was not in stock (and apparently had not been - yet). It was suggested, that I could go to Lübeck - 160 km down south).
Pretty amazed, that this is the Saturn idea of customer service. (The Tablet is coming. And not from Saturn).

DHL did not deliver to the right adress, I have to personally collect it from a local DHL store. Since the product is heavy it was difficult to bring home without a car. I paid for home delivery and it is a disapointing experience with DHL.
