secretly charge your card
Do not shop here unless you want secret monthly charges on your credit card. I made a single, one-time purchase on this site and was automatically enrolled in their "VIP Membership" hidden in the fine print. They have been secretly charging my card $69.95 every single month for "member credits" without sending clear receipts or notifications.
When I caught the charges and contacted customer service to get my money back, they tried to cancel my account immediately to keep the accumulated funds, claiming the credits are non-refundable store credit. This is a predatory business model that relies on people not reading the tiny text at checkout. I am filing a formal dispute with my bank and a complaint with the BBB. Absolute scam tactics—stay away!

Unhappy loyal subscriber
Im not excited for the new way the membership credits has to be used. Also with signing up to the subscription, there should be locked in pricing for members. My price should not change from what I signed up for. Not enough options or proper bundling to keep releasing $600+ and as of recently I only was able to get undergarments with my credits.

Straw that broke the camels back…I’ve been a member for years at this point and logged in today to find out that the whole program changed making it not worth the price anymore. FYI credits now expire in 12 months. And to add to it … the tariff charge is ridiculous so no matter what you still end up paying when you purchase . Last month I had an order of 15 items and only received 5 or 6 of them . I was treated as if I was the one who did something wrong or cheated the company , I contacted support 4 times before they fixed it. How could I be responsible for you shipping out less than HALF of my order ? I’m just done . Also the lace stuff screws up after the first wash .

Not sure what’s going on
Not sure what’s going on, I don’t usually have an issue with Savage x Fenty. But for some reason, there was an issue with this order. First was sent an email about confirming my order, which when I went to do and speak to a representative, there was no issue. So I left things alone. Just to get another email saying my order was cancelled. When reaching to customer support, little to no help.

Predatory membership
The items are cute and comfortable, but the predatory membership is incredibly annoying. The credits being split in half and then applied in tiers are not clear. You cannot purchase items without being enrolled in the program if you want to save any of your measurements or choices, and you don't get the discounts advertised on the website without being enrolled. I have been speaking with customer service twice now about the member credits (which are automatically charged to your account monthly, $70 per month). So now I get to purchase two items with my credits, which I spent $140 on without realizing it, and I still have to pay $40.
