The lingerie is nice, but the loyalty programme (without with lingerie is too expensive) is horrible. If you buy the lingerie for discounted price, you get into the trap of VIP-club which withdraws €50 from your account montly. Apart from the fact, that this feature is actually hidden, it is also absurd. Who would need a €50 amount of lingerie monthly, a stripper (respectfully)? Other women don't. Also, the delivery was a nightmare. They forgot to add the street and the house number to the package, so DHL sent it back to them. It took me one week of heated discussions with support team to prove I never received a parcel and deserve a refund. At some point it turned absolutely Kafkaesque when an employee told me he could not find any traces of my order at all. Coincidence or not, the situation changed only when I wrote a toxic tweet about that and tagged the brand account. Even after they returned my €50 on my account, I never could use all the money. It was always either €5 more (which would mean the beginning of the loyalty programme again, as the support agent told me; and I didn't want it again) or €20 less. So my €20 are forever trapped on the website now. As a hard-working immigrant, I am upset by that. And the brand should be upset too: I am normally very loyal to brands and spent hundreds at the popular lingerie store in the country where I lived before. But now I am so disappointed that I will never order anything here again. You got my €20 but you will lose hundreds... what was the point of all that. I am surprised to see such business in 2026, no client would be happy.

They never have stock
I would never understand a brand that would never have male S sizes available and would never ever re-stock them. There is not a real compromise of the brand with all body-shapes and customer.
After months of waiting and waiting nothing is ever re-stock.
The designs are pretty but if one can’t never ever get its size, then doesn’t matter.

Boarderline scammy
I like the products, but their membership program is just scammy. You can only "pause" your membership in the first few days of the month and if you don't pause it again the next month, they just bill you for it. It's also very hard to just cancel it. According to european law it should be easier, but you can really see how they try to trick you into staying a member. Sadly I will never again order anything from them.

After clicking on a instagram add where they promoted a discount you have to agree to their “therms and conditions and a Rewards Membership” when buying somehting with this discount. Month later this membership means paying 50 euros every month only to unlock certain unclear advantages after ordering something with a minimum of 50 euros. Very misleading, very unclear. Would def not recommend this company and their obscure way of marketing
