I wish I could give no stars

I wish I could give no stars. I have to laugh about the people complaining about getting too much communication from Save a Train. I would just like some help and customer service from them. I have a voucher from a cancelled trip that has been impossible to use. They don't respond to their "contact us". If they respond to an email, they ask a question and then they may or may not respond with a follow up. The worst customer experience, ever. I have been trying to reach them for five days. I needed tickets for 2 journeys. Their system would not allow me to buy for more than 1 journey in a transaction, and their system would not apply the voucher for a trip that was 1.60 euros less than the voucher. In the meantime, the times I needed for the 2 journeys are no longer available.

Spam

Same as others have pointed out, this is spam. The latest email to me came from a recently-registered domain of saveatrainblog.com but the "unsubscribe" link goes to saveatrain.com. Like others pointed out, clicking unsubscribe on spam only shows them that the address is valid so they can sell it and you get more spam.

Criminals and just sending Spam

Contacted them more than once to delete my data and remove my email address from their list. Haven't received any answer and still getting spam although I haven't given them my data. Does anybody know a way to proceed against them?

Edit: I emailed you two times (18.10.2021 & 25.10.2021) as you can see from my other review last year

Edit 2: It doesn't show seriousness to call people fake just because you haven't done your research properly. My first name is not in the e-mail address, but of course my full name is in the text of the emails I wrote to you last year in response to your spam.
I contacted you now via your website. So delete my data out of your systems!

How did you contact us, because anyone who contact us on the website tab is removed at once

EDIT: we just checked our email, and replied to you, the email you mentioned is not the one in our mailing list, so maybe its another mail that is registered?

Please answer our reply

Spammers

Keep on spamming me with updates about their blog. I've never heard of them and certainly didn't sign up for this. Five-star reviews here look highly suspicious tbh

Weekly spam unable to get rid of

I have never used this site or anything like it, yet I get weekly spam which I am unable to get rid of. Unsubscribe function not working and seems to result in more spam from comparable companies.

Endless unsolicited spam

Endless unsolicited spam to my work email
I never signed up to this nonsense. Stop bombarding people with your spam!

No, it's not "easier to unsubscribe", because I'm not going to click a link in an unsolicited spam email! Basic operational security principle. What's easier is for you to not spam people who haven't signed up to receive your bs. spam emails.

I'm going to encourage everyone to report you to your domain name provider and your hosting provider to try and purge your spam from the internet. There should be consequences for endlessly spamming people.

I cannot put into words just how much I loathe your company, and the dangerous "advice" you leave in response to reviews.

Update: In response to your reply, no, I'm not the same person as before. I'm going on what you've replied to everyone else, which is telling them to click the unsubscribe link in your spam emails.
I never, ever gave you permission to email me in the first place, and seemingly nor have any of the people who've reviewed you on Trustpilot. It's a disgraceful way of marketing.

it's not "easier to unsubscribe" - when did we ask you to unsubscribe? normally its what we ask if you don't want to get more emails, but you said it in a way like we previously asked you, or are you the same user as before?

Unstoppable spammers on work email

Unstoppable spammers on work email. If it was legitimate they woulnd't need to bombard with unsolicited email. They keep finding a way through the spam filters too. That's what's driven me to review them. If you're a genuine company try legitimate marketing instead of wasting everyone's time.

Spammers.

Spammers.

They use the AWS SES service. I forwarded multiple times their newsletter to email-abuse AT amazon.com , to no avail. Maybe if more people do that, Amazon will actually do something - make sure to include the full headers if you do.

And to their reply "Wasn't it easier to unsubscribe?": Easier, yes. Correct, no. As others have pointed out, never reply to spam.

Anyway, flattered that I got an answer.
