RUDEST SERVICE EVER

Was applying for a loan but was redirected to this website. Carried on still thinking I was applying for a loan and this just comes along. In the end realised it was discount card that should have been with me within 7-14 working days but thought I would give it a go...
Never got a card (waited 14 working days) nor was able to use any "benefits" so decided to cancel it. During a call I was preached in a patronizing manner by a girl that I didn't spell my name right away and it was very unhelpful, then raised her voice telling me that I chose "NOT TO USE THE ACCOUNT" the emails were sent with login details (must be invisible as checked spam too) when I asked for refund (as it was past the cool off deadline) and just hang up on me.... "Impressed!"

This company is a scam!!

This company is a scam!!! Feel like I got duped as well into getting this card when I applied for a loan. I entered my bank details for a loan application but it went to this website. Trying to get back the £29.99 membership fee from them is impossible. I was promised it would be returned within 3-5 working days but it’s been 8 days. When you phone them it diverts to a customer service line in the US where you speak to possibly the rudest, unfriendly, unhelpful customer service team. I got a woman who basically ranted at me and put the phone down on me.

I’ll be getting my money back through the Financial Ombudsman if I don’t receive in the next week
