Furniture delivered 5 days after ordering to a rural adress in Norway. Impressive logistics and service!

Have purchased 8 items over the last couple of years and always been happy with the quality and service

First time using Saxen. No problems at all, and they were quick to respond on an email query. Product arrived on time and as advertised.

It is unusual in this day and age to get such good service from a company, but that is what I received from Saxen. Not only do they send you an email to confirm your order, but they take the trouble to ring you to advise when it will be delivered.

Well done Saxen, you could teach other companies a thing or two!

An excellent service ordered at 7.0 pm on Sunday evening it arrived at 2.0 pm on Tuesday incredibly quick an excellent product and at least 25%cheaper than comparable products sold by other companies. I would recommend this company for its service alone without the added superb value for money products

Needed replacement arm rest for my Goliath chair, after promises nothing materialized so I contacted Saxen Ltd who were very helpful indeed after a couple of email’s the order was taken, paid on one day and delivered the next.

bought my shoe cupboard and i was sent 2 seperate emails from the logistics service asking me to click on link to confirm/cancel delivery but both times the link was not available i did email the company as advised on the email and was sent some garbled message about am i the retailer or customer and if i was the customer to contact the retailer why were they sending me emails then talk about going around in circles eventuall had to ring and was given time over the phone and the item was delivered by a very nice man but shame about the organisation the retailer did say i would be called on the telephone number supplied make up your mind email or phone call and if email make sure it works.

I wanted a fitted office built into a single bedroom.
I discussed my requirements with Saxen and chose a supplier.
Some components were bespoke to ensure a total fit but the quality was excellent and everything was delivered on time direct to the house.

I would certainly recommend them to anybody looking for office furniture.

I like my home office furniture. The only things is that they do not look for a price which I paid. They look rather cheap, but I like it anyway.

Brown leather executive office chair with oak arms and base arrived sooner than suggested and in very good protective packaging. Assembled easily with the allen key and graphic instructions provided. Did accept further tightening (as advised) after a week of use but still has a smidgeon of side to side play which is of no consequence provided it does not worsen. Is very comfortable and easy moving in all aspects - rolling, tilt, swivel. A bonus was the removable padded leather arm covers which are not shown in the photograph and were unexpected.

The chair I ordered met my expectations and the service level from Saxen was superb. The delivery however was slower than expected but that was the courier company's fault and not Saxen. I would recommend their products to anybody.

Saxen quoted 10 days delivery and I had the item in my house within 2 days. Placed order on Tuesday morning, despatched Wednesday and delivered on Thursday afternoon. Couldn't fault the service.

I buy a lot of things online, but I've rarely been so impressed. From the ease of choosing my office chair on their website, to the excellent price/quality, and the right amount of communication about my order, including a 1 hour delivery window when it turned up as promised, the entire process was perfect. And I really love the chair - an even better quality than I expected, that has already solved my lower back pain.

I was hesitant to place the order due to the cost however I am incredibly pleased with the cabinets. The service was excellent and the delivery driver was super helpful.

Ordered this chair on the internet which cost £200+ less than I had been quoted elsewhere. It needed to be made up but this was simple and we are very pleased with the purchase.

The whole process of purchase through to final delivery was excellent. The final product is particulalry good, very simple and straight forward to assemble - not always the case with self build furnitiure - great quality.

Placed two orders with Saxen Ltd. and asked to defer delivery which was no problem.
There was a minor problem with one of the two items in spite of the goods being very well packaged. This was swiftly resolved by Saxen to my total satisfaction. I would use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

I was interested in getting the Ergohuman chair. As other websites gave a 5 to 7 week delivery. I emailed Saxon to see if they had stock. A prompt reply was received, which to the reply was, "we can offer a next day delivery (Saturday) at only £5 more". So I ordered. I was kept informed of the delivery all of the way. The chair was well packaged, very easy to install and is one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever had the pleasure of sitting in. I would not hesitate to use Saxon again

The sideboard is a perfect fit for the space I have. It is a bit darker than I was expecting -almost black in appearance rather than dark brown, but I think it will get slightly paler in time as have my other dark wood pieces of furniture.
The delivery company was excellent and the driveer very helpful.
