VORSICHT VOR DIESEM SHOP
Wir hatten eine Infrarot-Heizung bestellt und wieder zurückgesandt. Die Retoure wurde von Saxonica nicht bestätigt und es erfolgte auch keine Gutschrift bei PayPal. PayPal hat sodann ein Inkassobüro eingeschaltet. Nach langwierigem E-Mail-Verkehr mit Saxonica wurde die Retoure dann endlich gutgeschrieben (4 Monate später!!!) Nun sitzt uns immer noch das Inkassobüro im Nacken und verlangt von uns die Begleichung der Inkassokosten. Von Saxonica weiterhin keine Reaktion, telefonisch auch nicht erreichbar, E-Mails werden ignoriert! Dieser Shop ist aufgrund des schlechten Kundenservices nicht zu empfehlen und jede Bestellung stellt ein Risiko dar, wenn man sich entschließt, die Ware wieder zurückzusenden.
