This is the worst rental company ever. They have scammed me and will not give my money back. This company says they accept American Express, but in reality they don't. They take your deposit through AMEX but dont give the money back through Amex, but through Western Union Bank. Then they charge you with ridiculous amounts of transaction fees. So you get back a lot less then you have paid. Dont ever rent a car from them.

I rented a car in Dubai and had to wait an hour and a half at the airport without anyone coming. After several calls, he finally arrived with a different car He took larger sums than agreed upon in the reservation, and when I returned the car, they refused to return the deposit in the same currency and deducted an amount of 85 euros that was not mentioned in the contract or reservation. The worst company, they robbed me. Be careful not to be scammed

This company overcharges in my opinion.

Also they advertise for a month and really it is only 22 days.
I rented a micra (in not great condition, stains etc) its honestly like a go cart. 2 months and the total bill came to over 5k. Very slow to return deposit of 1,500 and very confusing breakdown of prices.

They are very good in terms of picking up and delivering the car and theyre very quick to respond etc. Needed keys replaced, they were excellent. But its simply way too expensive and in my opinion misleading. while i understand inflation, 5 years ago it was 1k a month for a rental and no extra charges for tolls. They even charged me for fuel. I felt very ripped off.

Hi, I’m very happy during our vacation trip in Dubai.... Services provided to us is just fantastic, Car is very good & clean and Driver is so nice & friendly, he suggested few Tourist places which are not in our list....
I will recommend to all for opting the services.

Do not even think about rental with this company. You will not get your deposit back! They are not answering calls and messages.

One suggestion before you rent car with those guys ask a police officer to witness the contract ,
Never deal with them ,no refund the deposit even after 6weeks of vehicle return. People for refund not even answering what's app messages 😡 nor calls.

Very bad Co. run away from them
They take from me 1000 D for traffic fine after return the car in 10 days they send an email you have traffic fine, that traffic fine in the city I didn't visit in my life.

Failed to refund the deposit even after aprox. 3 months of vehicle return. Staff responsible for refund not attending the calls. three weeks before they promised to refund at last, but till now I haven't received my money.

Very good service and value for money
And I try many times

Super dodgy company, apparently backed by Air Arabia which is why I thought they were legitimate.

Cars stunk and were scratched, took full deposit as a charge instead of a pre auth and then were 6 weeks late in refunding it.

Avoid!
