Scamming customers

They are ripping of customers by raising prices, they place a small note on the December bill and you get in your inbox a link for payment which does not takes you to the bill, but str8 to payment so you miss this info, afterwards they give you the same bill for January so you do not notice something, and than BooM! From February your bill is bigger and you can not cansell it as 30 days from “notice” has passed! Pure scam! What is the point of the contract if they can rise the prices like that?! After a call with rude operators they put you in a really bad spot! Avoid at all costs

Terrible Service

The worst service ever !
The same problem ( frequent disconnections ) goes on 6 months without solution
They say a technician will come, but very often no one comes. Even if he comes he is not able to fix what is wrong.
The worst service ever. It should be free of charge, though even then unacceptable

We took the SBB 6 months ago

We took the SBB 6 months ago, meanwhile we move in another contry, we asked them to stop to contract for some time, they told us that isnt possible.
So, SBB only wants to take the money
They don't care about customers
Disaster..

Poor service, user humiliation

Unusable internet, and therefore television.Unstable connection, unstable speed, useless support with generic and always the same answers. I've been waiting for more than 4 months for them to solve the problem, but vainly. If I had zero, I would give them that rating.

Just avoid. Extremely unprofessional!

Extremely unprofessional! Cannot provide stable Internet service, cannot move me to optical network, don't agree to move me to TV-only contract due to their inability to deliver stable Internet, unless I terminate the contract early and pay outrageous hidden fees. Finally, insist on me paying for an additional month when the obligatory period finally passed, though I did everything by the contract and requested termination a month in advance. Typical example of what's in Serbian called "pilićari".

Edit: At least something positive - the manager in K. Aleksandra branch office solved the issue of additional 30 days and allowed immediate termination of the contract, admitting that the error was on SBB side. When the system is broken, it's up to rare people like this to try to fix at least some of the company reputation.

They "cant" do simple things

I signed contract with dynamic public IP, and now I am behind the PAT. They don't wont to give me any public IP, since they realize that I am very often accessing to my local network and they expect from me to buy static public IP address. I politely asked them to give me any public IP and they simply told they can't change it, but we all know that is not true. Changing an IP is a 5 min job.

Definitely going to terminate the contract with them.

No communication at all.

So I was with IKOM and since SBB is making a monopoly on the market they bought them as well and they began the transition.

When I say they began it I mean we had no communication from them what so ever, the only change I see is the new company Logo on the bill they know how and who it send it but not to contact us regarding the switch to present their services.

From the people I hear they contacted by sending email to one person in the building so she/he could notify others, and from what I can see on their website their prices are much higher and packages worse, below standard TV package unless you want to pay more and more.

Overall

Good cable tv provider with good selection of channels, with affordable monthly fees, especially for their internet service which is also great and cheap, at least comparing to other internet providers.
