Excellent service from Fatima Nessa at Churchill Insurance to SCI so easy no fuss or stress all sorted within 48hrs and my ring back on my finger after repair. Thank you all concerned.

Following a lightning strike, various electrical items were damaged. Our insurer put us in touch with SBS, and they have been extremely helpful throughout. Kurt was quick to respond and answered all our questions. He did his very best to ensure we received a settlement with which we were happy, and provided excellent customer service throughout, helping to resolve the claim quickly. We were very grateful for his help.

I logged my claim with my insurance company around 10am and was called by Amy at SBS within a few hours. We ran through the claim and circumstances and she requested that i send over images for validation.
By 4:30pm that same afternoon i had a currys voucher in my inbox to go and purchase a replacement.
Amy was very helpful, polite and professional. A 5* service.

I was passed on to SBS by my insurance company, the process was handled in an excellent manner from start to finish. I received a call from SBS within a few hours of my claim being forwarded to them. My claim handler, Fatima, was fantastic. She explained the process and set the claim in motion. Once I had sent my documents to Fatima she responded very quickly and the claim was processed within a day and I had my settlement agreed and processed there and then. The whole process was completely painless. A huge thank you goes to Fatima for the very friendly and proficient manner she handled my claim throughout the claim process.

This company is nothing short of appalling. I had a laminated floor fitted after my washing machine flooded. My original flooring was 8 month old. Put in in 2 days.
SBS sent a man to complete the job. The job he completed was not to the standard of the flooring I had fitted neitherwas the finish..
Reported to SBS it took 8 weeks and a call to my insurance Halifax to get a response.
My washing machine flooded in June 2024 and it has taken till Sunday the 5th July for it to finally be fitted and completed thats
2 years its taken.
So many phone calls, problems caused by SBS, chasing, being let down. I have not had one written apology from the managment team.
They are a disgrace do not give them the time of day.

Lauren Yate was in touch within a few hours of making the claim, she was able to talk me through the process and take all the relevant information off me across a phone call. I was really impressed with the speed and just the ease of being able to talk things through on the phone (and sending photos while on the call). I can imagine a back and forth via email would’ve taken much longer for all involved and I appreciated the efforts she’s made and I’m feeling optimistic about the rest of the claim.

We returned from a weekend away to find that we had been burgled and my wife's jewellery items had been taken. My claim 884701 was processed by Fatima, who was lovely. She was so kind understanding, I had lost my Mothers engagement ring which was brought for her in 1939, I received it when she passed away and have had it for 51 years this year, the sentimental value cannot be replaced. And Fatima was very patient with me, no rushing for me to decide what I wanted to do. I cannot thank her or your company enough. She is a very special person. Her service to me was outstanding.
