I should have known better than to order from such a sketchy site.
Placed an order for several pairs of brand name boots and shoes on Dec. 30th, 2025 and my credit card was promptly charged.
Never even got a confirmation email, and their support email bounces back and no phone number listed. The WHOIS on this website is hidden and that should have been a clue.
Thankfully my bank investigated, cancelled my credit card and refunded my purchase.
No matter how good the deal, avoid at all costs.

I was charged for the amount of order plus extra money. Was sent a Track718 for tracking information. After just a month it said package was delivered on 1/23/26 but wasn’t. I’m so disappointed in this situation.

I got no email confirmation on my purchase. When inquiring to the given contact email email address several times, undeliverable errors continually came up. I contacted my bank to get more information, I was given a phone number that can't be completed as dialed. It appears this a fraudulent website and a scam. Obviously, I have not received the product.

I ordered a gate opener on this website. Checked it out but not thoroughly enough apparently. Received a confirmation email and a tracking number from Track718.
Never received it. I wrote emails to abey and to sbyop.
abey responded that my order was delivered and that I had to solve the problem myself. mail to sbyop are undeliverable. Their server is using a vpn terminating in the US. So your f*cked. This is clearly a scam and you should stay away from it as far as possible.

I bought a hard to find item from this website, which I thought was Taiwanese but is Chinese. I'd googled first to see if it was legit, but apparently not well enough. They sent me a tracking number to use on Track718, which I watched to see the item sent, clear customs and then be delivered on a Saturday. Nope, I was at home all day. The seller wouldn't reply to my emails. I googled Track718 and discovered that if you receive a tracking number for them, you've been scammed. It facilitates Chinese scammers by providing fake tracking info. I've cancelled my card and lodged a dispute. If it costs me only AU$27 to learn my lesson, it's money well spent. Please don't buy from Sbyop.com and if you get a tracking number for Track718, don't wait to see if your package will arrive because it won't. Lodge a dispute immediately.
