Ordered a dress as the bright prints caught my eye. Was disappointed in the quality given the price point so I returned. The returns process is ridiculously slow (and expensive). Won't be buying anything else I'm afriad.

Edit following response: 3-5 days from receipt but they must send a snail to collect it from the inpost locker as that is the part that takes ages!!

I have ordered recently from this brand, having never heard of it previously, until I saw some adverts on social media. As I am now getting targeted by brands that "suit my age range" better, I guess (along with a couple of other unheard of brands to me). I guess the algorithms for my age range is working....anyway...

I saw a couple of pieces that were nice and saw the materials used was good quality so I took a chance and ordered a hoodie, along with the matching sweat pants and a fabulous dress. All of which is with their signature leopard print...and this is someone having bo leopard print to three new pieces of clothing, all leopard print!!

I do think their items are expensive in my opinion, but this is most probably due to the brand being an unknown to me. I have seen some ladies in my age bracket wear Scamp now that I own some, as I recognise the little lightening bolt on their clothing.

Overall, for an unheard of brand to me, it is very expensive. The clothes do seem of good quality too, and I would purchase from here again.

Whilst it did pain me to pay so much, I am really hoping it will last me a few years.

The order arrived quickly and no issues so far. But one comment is the sweatpants...are you supposed to wear it low or pull them because they do give the feel and illusion of camel toe! Which is the last thing you want when you pay a lot of money for a pair of pants!

The leopard dress is lovely too but probably won't wear it anytime soon until a holiday and by that time it would of probably of gone down in the sale! But I bought it just on the off chance, its not around to go into sale or they discontinued it (which is doubtful on the latter)!

Ordered two dresses last week but sadly they were too long for me, really disappointed but pleased with the quality and style of the dresses.
Returned last Friday and already had notification of my refund. Excellent service indeed.

I have several dresses and never had an issue until my most recent purchase. I contacted via email and received perfect customer service from Debs.

I recently purchased 2 dresses from scamp and dude but was unable to use the first time order discount code. After paying full price for the items I contacted the help desk and they got back to me immediately to say they would honour the discount and provide a refund. I was delighted with the excellent customer service and the dresses!

I recently experienced an issue with an order purchased online. Amy in customer services was quick to help and, as there were none of the items left in the warehouse, called around all of the stores and was able to locate a replacement dress. The replacement was quickly shipped and a prepaid, tracked postage link provided for the return. Excellent customer service. The garment was lovely too!

I have recently had the most wonderfully efficient and personable service from Deb! I contacted customer services to find the best solution in finding the right sized dress.
Deb was so helpful and made the whole process so easy! An absolute credit to the company! I can't praise enough xx

Not only do I love this brand because of their purpose and meaning but also because of their top class customer support, who go above and beyond to work with their customers to ensure they are happy.

I love scamp & dude’s clothing. I’ve had sweatshirts and lots of dresses and are all Wonderful quality. I’ve recently had to return a dress as it had a flaw in the fabric. I received incredible service and was issued with a replacement the following day. Brilliant service, gorgeous clothing 🩷

Purchased a lovely dress, but unfortunately, it had a flaw in the material. I emailed Scamp & Dude and, to my amazement, had a response within 10 minutes. Bev the very helpful and lovely advisor apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away.

Nothing was too much trouble, absolutely fantastic customer service, very impressive. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Love the dresses and customer service is fantastic, which is a real difference these days.

My item was delivered to an incorrect address. Scamp and Dude replied to my request for help when courier service would take up to 48 hours. S&D fantastic response and immediate action taken. It is my first purchase and I am v impressed. Awaiting delivery of new item which is a gift for my daughter. Thank you to all in the ‘helpme’ centre. Your communication and assistance has been v much appreciated.

I have placed several orders with this company and absolutely love everything they send, have occasionally had to return an item,
for example in my last order I bought a t-shirt but when it arrived, whilst I loved it, it was very clingy around my stomach so sadly have to return. Returns are not free but I don’t mind this so much as it enables them to continue with their “super scarves” (of which I have 2 and want more!) Had an issue recently whereby a pin badge broke when moving from 1 jacket to another, however after contacting customer services this was very quickly resolved and a new one sent out immediately. I also love the Manchester store as staff are lovely and very helpful. A company that has morals and standards and wants to “give back”. People always comment when I wear a S&D item and I always recommend them to check out their website.
Nice to see that they are a company with high standards and morals and the personal touch with customers.

I ordered a jacket yesterday and needed to upgrade delivery to next day. Customer service were brilliant and have upgraded delivery free of charge for me. I’m looking forward to receiving my jacket very soon.

I ❤️ their clothes - from posh frocks to comfy lounge wear to PJs ….. and even my mugs!
It is rare that I have to contact Customer Service but whenever I do they are GREAT!
Yesterday I placed a big order aiming to use my birthday gift vouchers but pressed pay by accident (knew hubby would divorce me) but Heather sorted it all out this morning so as not to spoil our 25th wedding anniversary ❤️.
Amazing brand with staff who really care!

I purchased an item which did not fit and was shocked at their return process.
For a relatively expensive company no free returns label! Come on guys get with the gang, so few clothing companies now that don’t cover return costs.
Will definitely put me off of buying from them again.
