I bought a lovely night light, which has been perfect. Sadly the cable stopped working, so I emailed to get some advice, they offered to send out a brand new light!!! Which I can also use the cable in my existing light, such a lovely service & company. No more nightmares for my daughter 😃

I sent an email to cancel the order.
Without any hesitation the order was cancelled, full refund made and notified by email first thing Monday morning.

Fabulous customer service from start to finish. Ordered 3 baby toys, 2 of which are absolutely gorgeous. Good quality and stunning design. Unfortunately 1 item was damaged in transit but customer service responded to my email the very next day and sorted the issue promptly. Also delivered within 2 working days. Would definitely order with this company again 😊

My experience with Scandiborn was fantastic! I ordered my items one day and received it by 1 pm the next day without having had to pay extra for speedy shipping, so that was awesome. Unfortunately, I had an issue with an item I received. I got in touch with Scandiborn and they were both fast and generous in their rectifying of the problem. Amazing service and couldn't ask for any better, great communication as I had a problem with delivery due to DPD and it was rearranged and sorted immediately without any problems. Thank you, my daughter has loved the wooden toys and will enjoy playing with her new presents for her birthday next week.

Had a few problems with the order but Charlotte from customer service was great in getting everything sorted out for me.

I ordered something I struggled to put together - when I contacted Scandiborn they immediately sent the item again, but I had the same problem and they then issued a refund. I’ve never received such excellent customer service - quick responses and resolution to the issue. Would definitely purchase from scandiborn again.

I ordered a Little Dutch walker and one of the images was wrong on it. Nicola from Scandiborn emailed me back super quickly after I filled in a contact form on the website. I sent over the barcode she requested and before I knew it a new walker was on the way to me! Can’t wait to put it all together for my little boy to play with. Very happy with the service and will 100% continue to be a frequent customer.

Really great customer service. My item broke and customer service were so quick and replaced the product no questions asked really fast. They don’t have my product any more so even gave me a more expensive replacement . Very happy!

Excellent customer service (and beautiful products as always). Our recent order was missing an item when delivered, I contacted the customer care team and they launched an investigation there side and sent the missing item out to me on next day delivery. Friendly, efficient and very helpful service!
