I have bought approach shoes Crux Air and already after the first use the rubber toe protection started to peel off. I didn’t think it was an serious issue and didn’t request a repair. Unfortunately, shortly after two years and only very mild use and perfect storage the shoes completely desintegrated on a three day climing trip with the soles and all the toe protection delaminating. Scarpa just replied I should have contacted them earlier and that they could not repair it since the model was not avaialbe any more. Probably mine was not the only one with a complete glue failiure. On their website they post a „Green Manifesto“. That is complete BS and is called „greenwashing“. Never again!
