Love this clothing range! The quality of the materials used is unbelievable! So comfortable the fit,the style, and attention to detail in just unreal. The fit of the hats is like no other, normally trucker hats sit to high and look stupid but these hats are the best hats ive seen in a long time without doubt.

I have 3 hats 2 tshirts and a pair of the shorts and I'll be buying more on pay day for sure.

Bought for my husband at their new launch. Not only did I get 10% off but it was super fast delivery and you get next day if you spend over £100.

My initial review was to inform prospective customers that reading the fine print is important.

My second review is now to inform that this company works very differently to other companies, and replies very sarcastically in emails and are borderline rude.

The instant reply to an email was that a refund could not be issued. They also responded to my first review (please see below) - Scartissue, please read your emails responses carefully in the future - I never "threatened to post a negative review", only that I would be posting a review to describe my experience.

I think the sarcastic response below, from customer service indicates how this company does business!

I have honestly never done business with a company who does not want to satisy their customers to gain further business.

I also emailed management to complain about sarcastic responses and the company have since responded that why have nothing to reply for.

Do not purchase sale items unless 100% sure you like the item - you cannot return for a refund, only swap it for store credit.

Other items in the store are quite expensive (over £16 for a t-shirt, a bit like super dry!).

Not the best experience, probably won't use this brand again.

Terrible customer service from this company ordered a hoody and joggers set for only the joggers to turn up and no notification prior to delivery just hand written on the note "no stock" when the website clearly stated in stock and let me order the customer service was terrible and made it feel like it was my problem and not theirs and they wasnt bothered so took time having to send the joggers back as was useless alone!! So unfollowed on all and never ordered from again till now heard my partner moaning about customer service and how rubbish a company was she ordered from for a present for me and turns out was this company and again the customer service and reply time was terrible again incorrect items sent and again problem not resolved so asked her never to buy anything for me from them no matter how cheap it is!! Id avoid honestly so many companies with better quality products and customer service ill give scar tissue one thing "i like their logo" end!

sale bargains. Grabbed myself some black friday deals from a company I've bought from many times before. I'm compelled to write this as people are usually only leaving reviews when they have a bad experience, never when they have a good one. As I have, here you go!

This is my third purchase from Scar Tissue Clothing. Firstly the actual products are absolutely first class and the sizing is spot on. The communication is excellent and they let me know when my stuff was shipped. On all 3 occasions within 24 hours of ordering. The updates from Royal Mail are great and all of my purchases have arrived on time. Absolutely first class job guys, keep up the good work.

Made an order and the delivery was quick... so far so good. However they have sent me a t shirt I didnt order. I emailed them but a week later and I still haven't had a reply. Thank god I used Klarna who have paused payment on this item until Scar Tissue resolve the problem!
