I dropped my guitar off on Thursday for a minor repair and set up and it was ready by Saturday. Really helpful and friendly team offering good advice and explanation of work undertaken.

Kentucky KM-150 Mandolin…
Received my Kentucky KM-150 Mandolin yesterday from Scayles Music. It was a pleasure to deal with them and especially with their sales rep Stuart, he said he would do a set up on the mandolin for me and kept true to his word. As for the Kentucky KM-150 it is just what I was looking for in my price range. Now need to practice a few tunes on it :)

Great guitar shop
Repaired my guitar in a few days & also did some small extra repairs, returning it in much better shape than it was previously in.
The cost was low and the staff are friendly & helpful.

Went here today to look at acoustic guitars. Really helpful but non pressuring staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a musical instrument.

Great experience!
Wanted to treat our son to a new guitar and these guys were great - in fact, just doing what they're supposed to do and doing it well! Good service over the phone and in store - very welcoming and a huge collection of gear.
We are pleased to have found our local, independent music store that we will happily return to.
