You really should be able to give zero stars to accompany if there’s ever a company that deserves zero stars it is this one. To start with their diffuser product is garbage. I bought three of these things and only one remains working after being less than two months old then I ordered placed an order for diffuser liquid receive nothing other than a order confirmation. It looks like I’m going to have to follow a small claims court against the company in order to get my money back. Do not buy anything from this company. You’ll see tons of ads from them on TikTok and other sites do not fall for anybody who speaks highly of them as being paid by the company.

Where to begin? Worst customer service I've encountered ! Order arrived....didnt work....sent it back with no response. I got an email back from support saying my case has been handed over to the appropriate staff to handle. ( still haven't heard from them after two weeks).....
I found the exact same diffuser on Amazon for half the price of Scentiments& it works great. I will use their oils I've already purchased , but never again! Buyer Beware.....I never received a refund or a replacement diffuser....

I saw the infomercial for this product on Facebook & Instagram. I read article.and the new process for this diffuser. I was totally impressed. They offered to try the product at 50% off along with 3 of there top essential oils. After placing the order on the fourth day the diffuser and the oils were at my doorstep. I followed the directions to get it set up. I was so impressed with the ease of setting up my diffuser and of course the essential oils smelt so good. I had some of my family & 2 of my good friends stop by that evening they both overwhelmed and impressed how pleasant my condo smelled. They wondered where it was coming from. at that point, I showed them where the diffuser was and let them smell the essential oils. they both were totally impressed. Wanted to know how to get one for their homes.

If I could score lower I would - ridiculous shipping costs and Dont even come close to meeting their shipping times - totally unresponsive customer service that just Ignore emails. Avoid

Once they have your credit card they will continue shipping even if you cancel. No response from them. I am disappointed because some of the scents are nice.

After I received the product and used it a few times, I noticed the smell not lasting longer than 15 min. My clothes didn't even smell of the perfume. I spend $101.00 and called the company and told them I want a refund since it is in my 30 day refund period. I was told that without the box, they would not refund the product. Companies can fill the perfume and resell the product as brand new. I am so disappointed and will not do business with them againl

I've ordered from them before with no problems but this time the Paul Senastian men's cologne cologne I ordered came in the correct bottle but it is not the cologne I know. It actually smelled like a cheap women's perfume. Odd as hell. When I called their 800 number it just rang and rang. Last time I do business with scentiments.com.

Web site was informative and easy to navigate and the prices, awesome!

Almost all of their items on websites are out of stock, and delivery was little slow.
